E3 - When were the volcanoes last active on Mars?"

I'll say it again. The answer to the question is "no!" Your question should be "When were volcanoes on Mars last active?" Go to the Mars Express site and read the articles on recent eruptions. etc. Then you question should deal with with where those folks say the active volcanoes were.
